Saw online that they did not take reservations, but upon arrival, we were seated immediately. The staff give you a warm welcome... when they guide you to the dining area, which has a very nice atmospheric feel. The staff remained consistently attentive andfriendly throughout our meal. Amazing vibe. This place welcomed my party and I with a warm greeting and the front of the house staff made sure to keep that... warmth going throughout our dining experience. We got the three different vegetarian ramen options and they were all reallygood. I?d personally recommend the spicy option. Very simple ramen, not to cocky, very delicious, perhaps too simple for mytaste tho. I?d like to come and try the tonkotsu, as that is my go-to. Read more
This was our second time here. The first time was 4-5 years ago. When we had come the first time it was my first time having... ramen and I was convinced it was the best in the world. Now coming back - it was delicious but not as good as I remember. I'munsure if there are different owners or chefs but the portions seemed smaller (possibly due to covid?) We got the pork bao bunsand we both got the Still an amazing ramen place especially if you live in an area where the ramen sucks (I have 2 local ramenplaces that are awful but drive about an hr to get good ramen). I love these restaurants. They always make such consistently good food. Forgot to take a photo of the miso ramen, but that?s... what I had. The wings are a must get. And the sake list was excellent. The steam buns - yum. Cocktails were good too! Read more
Ok the Ramon was outstanding. We had a hard time understanding the server but more importantly there is no way to make a... reservation so unless you come on a slow night getting a table will include waiting a long time. Ah, that salad was not good, wehad to send it back. Read more
Ippudo has certainly become my favorite ramen place. Ramen being one of my favorite cuisines and after trying some other ramen... places in NYC and JC I think this place has the best ramen. We started with the shrimp buns, they were very flavorful the onlything was they costed $6 for a bun. We then ordered our favorite the Karrage Chicken, it was good as well. The best part was theramen, we tried the Karaka Spicy Ramen which has pork broth and we took chicken as the protein. Firstly this was not very spicybut extremely flavorful. The thin noodles were probably one of the better noodles I have had. They do not accept reservationsand the place is extremely crowded so please plan for a decent wait times in peak days and hours. Overall a must visit foranyone who wants to try out ramen. Read more
