Delicious cookies and nice staff. Long opening hours are great.
There is a bit of a wait to get in to order, however it is well worth the wait! The staff is friendly and patient and the... cookies are always hot, fresh and delicious. If you ever feel in the mood for some cookies and brownies, this is the place foryou. After going to a Brooklyn Location, receiving burnt and hard cookies. My faith has been restored in my favorite cookie makers.... Specifically this store. Their cookies are delicious, but if you?re ordering online from them, which I think most of us do, don?t expect your order to be... correct. I ordered cookies with accompanying frosting THREE times, and each time the frosting was missing. Did they not have it?One would think they would either omit it from the menu or call me and let me know. Are they just angry about frosting and theentitlement of needing more sugar on cookies? I don?t know, but I gave them two shots at redemption, even looking for a way towrite ?PLEASE DON?T FORGET THE FROSTING THIS TIME,? but no such ability exists.
