This place is elegantly beautiful (a little dark inside). We came for a friends bday dinner and had a great time. We waited at... the bar for the rest of the table to show and I got to have a small wine tasting. The bartenders and wine selection, perfect!Food, of course, is expensive but totally worth it. And service was great! Read more

If you’d like to be racially profiled and disrespected while spending money at an establishment? Go to Hunt and Fish Club. May... 21st, my friends and I had dinner here to celebrate a birthday and the experience we had was unlike any other. We go out to eatoften and are met with the kindness servers, hosts, and managers but unfortunately that wasn’t the case here. There were agroup of young black people dining at a nearby table and when letting their server know that they’d be stepping out to smoke(while some of the party stayed seated) the general manager, Dan, proceeded to call the police on them. Upon arrival the policewere confused as to why they were even called. My table order a round of lemon drops, a drink we have all the time when out, andwhen we got it, it tastes like water. We let our server know, who proceeded to tell the GM, Dan, and instead of offering toremake the drinks or getting something else to substitute, Dan said, verbatim “I suggest you enjoy it because it’s notcoming off the bill” we then explained to him, it wasn’t a matter of it coming off the bill because we wanted our drinks. Wejust wanted it remade or something different that actually tasted like, well a drink! Our steaks came burnt and over cooked (weasked for them medium) and when we received our bill and seen that our drinks had still been on there, we called Dan over torectify, once again and this time he proceeded to say he wasn’t racist, and a slew of other things that was never mentioned tobegin with. Yes he was white, yes my party and I were white. This had to be the most disgusting experience I’ve had whileeating out and I wouldn’t recommend anyone of color to spend their money here. I know, had we been or the huge party on theother side of the restaurant been white, we would not have experience such treatment. Read more

Hunt & Fish Club was a great dining experience. We ate here prior to seeing a show. The service was exceptional and the food was... outstanding. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place that has a diverse steak house menu. The grilled branzinowas very good. Their desserts are out of this world! Read more

Hunt & Fish Club has a perfect location. The decor is posh, the lighting though is quite dark. Seating is too tight,... especially small tables for 2 with dividers. Service was polite but not warm. Curious the waiter did not ask or provide winelist. The steaks were good quality and cooked as ordered, however, I could not tell the size difference between a 24 oz bone-invs 16 oz boneless ribeye. The brussels sprout side dish was burned and tasted bitter, and it came as dark charcoal, especiallyunder the dim lighting. Bread was delicious, dessert was not too sweet which I liked. Overall, an OK place near Time Square. Read more
