Can?t go wrong with any meal at Hillstone. Always consistently good food, consistently good cocktails, and consistently good... service. Food quality is very good, especially considering the fact that the prices are somewhat cheap relative to similar stylesteakhouses. The environment is dark and a bit loud, but very comfortable and energetic. Great place to grab dinner and drinkswith friends or family. We have been eating at Hillstone for the last 17 years and we always have amazing meals here! Read more
I walked through The Hugh food court next door looked at all the choices but yet the pull of the spinach artichoke dip is just... too strong ! Always great service and delicious food . My only complaint is that you can?t order one of the best bloody Mary?syou?ve had in your life if it?s not Sat or Sun so keep that in mind . I?ve Been going for years and will go for many more .Never a bad experience at Hillstone. Read more
This place is awesome. Service is A+. Do get a reservation in advance. Tables are hard to come by. Sam gave us the best service... one could ask for. As well as the two other wait staff that served us. Their names are not coming to mind at this time but theydeserve credit. Multiple waiters and waitresses serve your party The food comes out fresh as can be from the kitchen. Get thenew york strip, the crust is next level, tender af. The chocolate mouse dessert was out of this world, frankly, every dessertthat I tried that night was awesome, but the chocolate mousse dish really stood out. Not quite sure what it's called, butthey'll know it. The manager even came out and described each dish to us for dessert and for the life of me I can't rememberthe names of these awesome desserts. No doubt this is one of my best places to go to!every time I went there I never got disappointed, always have fun and joy the... sushi there is my favourite the waitress are always so nice and welcoming I even had good conversation with the chef there, sucha good people and the food is probably the best!!!! I love also how the restaurant designed, The only problem is that to book atable you have to book at least three days in advance, we always go there and order so many dishes after the dinner we canbarely walk out from there lol Anyway this place is super recommended ???? This is a classic rib sort of place. The food is good for what it is. The staff also. But it needs updates. It feels like a... place of the 90s. It would not cost very much to update a bit the menu, the silverware, choose a theme for the artwork, etc. It could be so much better. Are you for sale? I?ll do it. Read more
One of the best American places in the city. This classy spin on Houston?s really hits the mark with it?s pristine decor and... amazing menu! The spinach artichoke dip and chicken sandwich are a must try. There?s multiple sushi options for both the amateurand the connoisseur. Read more
