Made a reservation for brunch. The place is busy during lunch time with line of customers. Recommend to reserve a table during... lunch or dinner hours to avoid waiting. Friendly staffs, foods are great. Service is fast once the order is taken. Lunch menumight be different with diner menu. For lunch it is served in a tray with a main dish, and soup, salad. Read more

Finally come back to New York and try this restaurant. The vibe here is like japanese izakaya although we did not order any... soju. We try their famous pork belly, it’s so soft while not being too much fatty. And the pancake is so crispy and flavorful. And rest of the food are yummy too. We also love the service and ambiance in here. Read more

Came here almost at closing time like 1:50 pm but they still sat us down with no wait! The servers were super attentive and came... by a lot and checked in on us a lot which I appreciated a lot. Good: Best corn croquettes I've had in a very long time - supercreamy and the ketchup added a lot too. I liked the chicken noodle soup as well - just really good broth and tasty hand pullednoodles. Would have liked it to be a little bit saltier though. I liked the KFC here too but it was a littledry. Bad: Relatively pricey - not huge portion sizes except entrees are massive. Overall super aesthetic cute date brunchplace! Read more

A wonderful dinner! I recommend placing reservations as the normal wait on a Sunday was ~ 45 minutes for a table of 3. The... service was very quick as well, as we got our first appetizer in less than 10 minutes of sitting down, so expect the turnaroundto be quick (we were there for an hour max). We loved the black sesame tofu - a creamy and light texture! We also had thenormal-sized pork belly and the veggie bibimbap. Those three dishes were enough for 2 people to feel satisfied :) One of myfavorite homey restaurants in NYC! Read more

Super great experience. Her Name is Han is a popular Korean restaurant and the ambiance is cozy and lively. Amazing... interpretation of modern Korean cuisine. Really creative menu, with a cool living room inspired decor. Very, very good serviceand amazing food, drinks and ambience. My Favorite dishes were their pancakes, hot pots and Bibimbap. The price of the food isreally good for the quality of the dishes. Great music as well. Cant wait to go back.Would highly recommend as a must try placewhen visiting Korea Town in NYC. Read more

An intimate Korean restaurant with a small menu but big, delicious flavors. Staff was welcoming and attentive. Refreshing... cocktails and light appetizers. Despite the large entree portions, you get a little bit of everything and walk away not feelingtoo full. I'd happily eat here again. Can't say enough good things about the tasty, flavorful food! Really solid overall with nice presentation but somewhat pricey. Would love to come back and try additional dishes. Slow cooked... belly was delicious and well balanced. As was the kimchi pancake which had perfect crisp and the egg was a nice touch. Dumplingswere standard. Stew was homey, spicy, and flavorful. The pork ribs were good but not spectacular. Service was really good. Dim,intimate, and cozy setting. Read more

A welcome addition to the evolving definition of what brunch is in America. In the same way that dim sum changed what brunch... could be in the states, Her Name is Han is offering a different image of brunch from a Korean perspective. The food isdelicious and delicately made. It's simple, but done excellently. It hits a lot of the comforting notes that you'd expect from ahome cooked meal. It's just plain good. I'd definitely recommend making a reservation as walk-ins can be expected to wait atleast an hour before a table opens up. Read more
