I have been a long-time customer of Hale and Hearty but their customer service today has been abysmal. More than four hours ago... I placed an order for delivery at the Lexington Avenue location, and I have not yet received my food. I have called the storemultiple times, and the phone just continues to ring. I reached out to another location and, although they tried to be helpful,they were unable to reach the Lexington Avenue shop. They also could not give me a working extension at the corporateheadquarters line. How is this an ok way to treat your customers? And this is the second time now such an incident has occurred.Considering the absolute disregard displayed by H&H for their customers, I can?t see myself ordering from them again. Read more
Did take out order. Delivery was some time but not complaining with going up to place my self . Ordered the three lentil chili... soup with their sriracha chicken sandwich that came in a ciabatta bread. I say it was okay not great but would order again inthe future. Read more
Not all Hale and Hearty?s are created equal. The food here is not as good and the customer service is the worst. I saw them... yell at a deaf woman because she couldn?t hear! And then I asked for 2 soups for a pick 2. They had let me order last week butnot today. They were very rude about it and not helpful. Also the sandwiches aren?t fresh at all. Huge selection of soups. Nice to have this chain location a little distance from the crazy midtown lunch rush. When I visited... the soup of the day was "pepperoni pizza mac and cheese" and it was incredible. Read more
