The worst customer service I ever seen, we own the tin thermos from this company. I told them that the thermos leaks some of the... ice cream out can you please put it in a plastic bag. Which they do have. (a clear line and a blue in clear site), A simplerequest, they couldn't even accommodate. The guy kept putting the tins on the containers on the counter for me to take, fivetimes I asked for a bag. Read more

Worst experience. Rude to my 80 year old parents. Do yourself a favor and buy a pint from the grocery store.
I'm only giving the store 4 stars vs. 5 simply because they were out of my favorite Swiss Vanilla Almond flavored ice cream. We... were told it's because of a lack of key ingredients so Häagen-Dazs doesn't currently have it available. I did make theacquaintance of pralines and cream and the verdict was......yummmm! Only 2 customers can enter at a time and they do offeroutdoor seating. Read more
The selection of flavors are limited but they are all good. It's always been a nice place since childhood.
The non-dairy chocolate salted fudge truffle flavor is the BEST NON-DAIRY ICE CREAM I'VE EVER HAD. I've tried many from other... shops and this is the only one where I had to double check with the employee to make sure they didn't accidentally give thenon-dairy flavor. I?m not a very picky person however customer service must be improved in this store ASAP. I was there on June 30th, 2018 I... decided to treat my girlfriend to ice cream from the best ice cream company. As soon as we walked in the two gentle men workingthere at 8:30pm could not even acknowledge us in the room nor even have the decency to welcome us. To make matters worse weasked questions about the prices and scoops of ice cream but not once did he even look at us while we spoke to him. He kepttalking over us when we asked him to actually show us the scoops of ice cream in the cup. Overall the experience was the worstand because of that I?m done with going to this store I?d prefer to just go to the supermarket and get ice cream instead. Thisstore doesn?t care about there customers so if anyone else out there is reading this I would not spend a dime in that store if Iwas you. Read more
Ive been occasionally eating ice cream since childhood, and i think the haagen dazs ice cream is good!
