The worst customer service I ever seen, we own the tin thermos from this company. I told them that the thermos leaks some of the... ice cream out can you please put it in a plastic bag. Which they do have. (a clear line and a blue in clear site), A simplerequest, they couldn't even accommodate. The guy kept putting the tins on the containers on the counter for me to take, fivetimes I asked for a bag. Read more

Worst experience. Rude to my 80 year old parents. Do yourself a favor and buy a pint from the grocery store.
I'm only giving the store 4 stars vs. 5 simply because they were out of my favorite Swiss Vanilla Almond flavored ice cream. We... were told it's because of a lack of key ingredients so Häagen-Dazs doesn't currently have it available. I did make theacquaintance of pralines and cream and the verdict was......yummmm!
