When in China town, you have to sample Chinese food, and this is a good place to do that. It?s a small restaurant but very... authentic and the chef cooks your food in front of you. I tried the Jumbo Shrimp noodles and it was really delicious. Read more
A taste of nostalgia! A+ macaroni wonton soup! I've had something similar as a child living in Malaysia & Singapore. I couldn't... recall when I first had it. But when the macaroni and a spoonful of soup touched my tongue, I knew right away that it belongedto my childhood. Quick service that was typical in Chinatown. I ordered Beef Brisket Rice Noodles in Casserole. It was placed on a disposable plastic plate, so there was no casserole. The... rice noodles were so dry, and I can tell it was not cooked with the beef brisket in the casserole. The beef brisket was tenderenough, but no favour at all. The sauce was just like soy sauce. Great place to eat and you have to respect the hustle of the older gentlemen handling the money. Our server was an older man and... I appreciated that he's still working. Family run operation, give then time to count the change. Don't be rude. The noodles werenot bad and freshly pulled. Definitely worth it if you need a quick pick me up. Also let me say they were the ONLY noodle houseopen at like 10pm on a Tuesday. The city definitely sleeps now, so its great that places like this one stay open a bit later.Support their business and stip by for dumplings and noodles. Read more
