Rude staff, my husband asked was it ok to have a breakfast bap with no egg as he is allergic and the waitress with glasses just... looked at him, he repeated ?is that ok?? Again, she just stared!! Extremely rude, we were sitting down and she made eye contactwith me which she placed a bag and coffee on the counter? I assumed that was our order ready! Literally didn?t speak. Just back home in the UK from a fabulous week in the Big Apple, made more so by the Gregorys team on 45 E 33rd. My daily early... morning visit with my daughter was a warm welcome, followed by great coffee and a quality selection of breakfast snacks. Will nodoubt be back again in the future. Read more
Overall, Gregory?s is terrible. First of all, the coffee is the establishment is gross, burned, acidic, and does not taste good... at all for a coffeehouse. Secondly, I recently went and ordered a chai latte. I was told it was coming out, but had to go backin and check on it two more times and it was still not out. Finally after 20 minutes of waiting for my chai latte I lost mypatience. The clerk that rang me up lost his patience back, and after taking 20 minutes to deliver me my drink it was highlyunprofessional. Finally, once I received this chai latte, it was so sweet and with so much sugar in it, that it was entirelyundrinkable. If these people are in the coffee/drink business they need to up their game considerably and get a lot betterbecause that experience was terrible. PS needless to say I won?t EVER return to this Gregory?s or any location after thatterrible unprofessional and bad tasting experience. Read more
I pass by every morning before I go to work and today I decided to try for the first time. I must say I was amazed ! The... selection of cold brew and the different kinds of pastries. I decided on the salted caramel cold brew and I am OBSESSED. I alsotried the banana nut pound cake and it is to die for. I can honestly thank the manager Brian. I love that NYC has lots of good coffee chains. Most cities only offer Starbucks, indie shops, and nothing in between. Gregory's... is a great example of a chain delivering high quality coffee, great atmosphere, friendly vibe, internet, and (most importantly)a bathroom for patrons. Read more
Why settle for Starbucks when you can have amazing coffee?! Found Greg?s last year while staying at the Hilton Garden Inn... across the street and I instantly fell in love. Actually picked that hotel again this year just so we could have great coffeeand light bites every morning! Drip coffee, cold brew, cortado, CBD latte, baked goods and toasts...you really can?t go wrongwith any of it. Atmosphere/decor is great...staff is very friendly! Seating fills up quick on weekdays so if you on working fromthere, be mindful of that. Read more
