Person who helped me had a really nasty attitude and yelled at me. Coffee is amazing, unfortunately I will never be going back... here. I hope management can figure out who this was and tell them not to treat customers like this. I worked in the serviceindustry for 10 years I know that customers can be annoying but you cannot speak to them the way this employee did. Read more
I have been a fan of Gregory?s coffee for many years. I always appreciated how much they give back to those in need, offering... food/drinks to those with alternative diets (I?ve been gluten free/dairy free for 14 years) and overall having amazing coffeeand food! I?m wanting to highlight this particular location (80 Broad Street) because they have consistently gone above andbeyond for me. My company moved to the area at the end of 2021. We didn?t have coffee up and running for many months because thekitchen was still being built out. We were utilizing Gregory?s coffee almost daily with coffee and breakfast orders for our teamof 13. I was placing large orders consistently at peak rush hour and yet, this team continually delivered in a timely mannerwith smiles on their faces. Not only that, but we?re very responsive with any last minute adjustments that needed to be made forthe order. I want to thank Yuliana (store manager) for creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere and training her staff tobe stellar baristas with wonderful customer service. As with every Gregory's, great coffee, good food, and free wifi. The vegan deluxe is the best vegan breakfast sandwich anywhere.... This location had tons of open seats when I came at 11 on a Tuesday, and also has ample outlets. But this location has one bigdrawback - no restroom! So, be prepared before you stop in. Read more
Oh Gregorys! We visited New York and wanted to try a different coffee place. We passed by Gregorys and decided to check it out!... We had a latte and an iced coffee! They were both so delicious!
