I?m so frustrated with this store. You want more customers? It doesn?t seem like it to. You have to do better! You can start by... keeping consistent hours. You are a business. Act like one. You close early on Friday now. F@&$k Y&@&. You don?t open some days.What is your problem? It?s the most inconsistent coffee shop. I?ve been supporting Gregory?s for years. I?m not doing itanymore. Coming in to this coffee shop is always a joy. All staff are incredibly nice and attentive. They always have a smile on no... matter how busy it is. The Manager T is such a sweetheart she has kind words to say for all customers you can tell she reallycares about us and her staff. When she wishes you off for your day it?s with a big grin It really sets the tone that the day isgoing to be a good one. Thankful for her and her amazing staff. Read more
This is my FAVORITE coffee shop in the city! The staff is so friendly and kind. They always make my mornings better. One barista... in particular, T, gives a warm welcome every time and knows every customer by name. This place truly brings a smile to the facesof all who come in. I ordered a take-out medium Salted Caramel Cold Brew and in the picture you can see the mess I received. I'm not sure if they... care about training their staff but I wonder if the one barista who made this coffee and handed it to me finds it ok forcustomers to spill their drink over. She handed me a cup spilling all over. I had to use napkins to clean the mess myself. Thiswhole situation was really annoying and inconvenient. I would rate them 2 stars instead of 3 stars but honestly their coffee isnot bad. Not going back though, unless their bad customer service improves! Read more
I?m a frequent customer Gregorys coffee and I just have to see how well I was treated at the 20 E. 40th St. store in New York... City. The manager T was very kind, enthusiastic and was able to give me several recommendations of different coffees to try asthey typically get the honey badger. The store is very well-maintained as well and it was an overall great experience. Read more
