I?m so frustrated with this store. You want more customers? It doesn?t seem like it to. You have to do better! You can start by... keeping consistent hours. You are a business. Act like one. Coming in to this coffee shop is always a joy. All staff are incredibly nice and attentive. They always have a smile on no... matter how busy it is. The Manager T is such a sweetheart she has kind words to say for all customers you can tell she reallycares about us and her staff. This is my FAVORITE coffee shop in the city! The staff is so friendly and kind. They always make my mornings better.
