Pros: - beautiful architecture and ambiance, love the decor and wood - staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about the... food - faces the waster, beautiful views especially at sunset - the japchae and fish dumplings were phenomenal Cons: - portionswere fairly small - some options definitely felt overpriced. $16 for a pot of tea? $23 for a plate of 10 grilled vegetables? -the food took soooo long to come out. Amazing experience! The food was delicious and unique. We had never been to Korea but imagine that this is what authentic fine... dining in Seoul is like. The service was impeccable. We had many questions regarding the food and the soju wine list and theserver Priscilla was very knowledgeable. The manager Kevin was friendly. My wife is 8 months pregnant and they made specialaccommodations for her including giving her an extra setback cushion and making sure she was comfortable. Highly recommended. Read more
As Korean, ex Hyundai, very excited especially few new restaurants post covid. Did not disappoint. Venue is grand. Hanok... inspired woodwork interior, tea area exceptional. Bar has the best view of Westside, Hudson and NJ. Korean fine dining creativeand exquisite. Bugak, Daehapo(the best. quite plump and chewy, never had this before), Yukpo as our anju aperitif perfect.Domijim was very nice as well as goldongmyun with banchan of yeonkeun and myulchi bokkeum, all taste fantastic, and visuallypleasing. Chamchi (tuna) slightly average with roe added, and beef at $75 intimidating although understand laborious process.Bingsu $12 for two sherbet scoop is overpriced considering not Korean-style shaved ice. All meals were presented with niceplacemats, silverware, appropriate plates and bowls. For drinks, even as Korean, unfamiliar and educational which is great, mostcreative and well-curated. We tried top of the menu, Chutsarang (first love) cocktail. Mixology success infusing makkuli formargarita-like flavor and looks. Most impressive is well-educated staff explaining the menu in Korean, ingredients. Veryfriendly bartenders and servers. First floor of Genesis house is the showroom for the cars. Second floor is the acclaimed Korean restaurant - Onjium, and a... beautiful reading room. The dining experience at Onjium is exceptional, the way of its cooking keeps the best original taste ofthe fresh ingredients and also elevate to a creative level. Everything I had there are absolutely delicious and impressive. Thewine list includes vary interesting soju from Korea. Don?t miss the Korean local green tea for your dessert. Read more
Had the pleasure of stumbling across Genesis House and it?s become one of my favorite places to relax. The tea is phenomenal,... food incredible and the service was superb. Such a nice, cool and comfortable place. 1st floor is a Genesis showroom, 2nd floor cafe/restaurant has a nice authentic Korean... atmosphere. Even if you don't have any interest in cars, there are many other things to experience such as tea, coffee, andfood. I really enjoyed the cappuccino. Read more

We visited the complex at a car unveiling and we are super excited to have found this gourmetvenue. The entire team is welcoming and some of them have received Michelin stars for their special dishes. If you're in themood to try the appetizers, be sure to rinse them with their meticulously prepared cocktails.
