We celebrated my daughter?s 16th birthday with dinner here and it was lovely. Promptly seated, immediately waited on, food comes... out quickly which is great after a long day. The food is good. The staff went out of their way to make my daughter feel specialby singing happy birthday to her and coming around frequently to sing. The atmosphere is a little ?stuffy? with the more elegantdecor but it?s a great place for food and entertainment. Read more

Gayles Broadway Rose is a hidden gem in NYC. Tucked away right in the theater district, it?s easy access to all the Broadway... shows. My daughter follows tori, one of the singing waitresses, on TikTok. Gayle, the owner, came and introduced herself, whenwe first arrived, and was so genuine and kind. The singing starts right at 5pm and what WONDERFUL performances by all of thewait staff- they were truly talented. They performed many selections from popular Broadway shows. We stayed for over 2 hoursenjoying the performances while eating a yummy dinner, followed by their special signature milkshakes for dessert. We usuallygo to Ellen?s stardust diner for our pre-show dinner but we found our new favorite restaurant! It exceeded our expectations andprovided a wonderful experience for our entire family. This place is TOP NOTCH! From the moment we arrived to the time we left, we were greeted with the most friendly and SUPER... talented wait staff we could have imagined! Gail, pictured with my family, was such a doll and so warm and welcoming. Jeff wasthe friendly voice we got on the phone when calling to make our reservation, and he too, was professional and personable. Andcan I say the TALENT this staff (or cast, if you will) has is bigger than the room itself! Gayle's Broadway Rose is one of those hidden gem's in NYC that once you find it, you will be going back forever. The servers are... talented Broadway quality actors and performers who entertain the diners with such wonderful voices and expression... when werewere there people from 3 to 93 were smiling the entire time. The singers had quite a range of songs, from popular Broadway tomore obscure songs that you would only hear on Broadway- and the most impressive feat was the harmonies and duets that they did!They took requests and made two younger guests who had just seen Wicked very, very happy. The food at Friedman's and thegeneral staff from hostess and emcee to the serving staff that was not singing was also amazing, and we just enjoyed the entireexperience. Gayle's Broadway Rose was absolutely the highlight of our New York trip! Took 48 travelers to New York recently and had the absolute pleasure of having dinner here. This was beyond what I was... expecting. The servers sing Broadway songs!!! And boys do they belt them. They are incredible. They interact with the all thepeople in the restaurant all the while singing/dancing/acting. It was like Broadways greatest hits up close.
