I never write reviews but I have to give this place a shout out. It was the most authentic chicken and rice I?ve had in a long... time. And I can say that since I spent time living in Thailand. The sauce flavors covered all the 4 main staples?sweet, spicy, sour, and salty. The rice was perfectly cooked, even a little sticky. Of course the chicken was the star of the show, but theother ingredients make this all come together perfectly. Yum! Can?t wait to order again. Read more

I never really leave reviews. But for this place I have to. The food is decent. The portions however are not enough to feed a 5... year old. I barely got chicken and they were even very skimpy on the rice! Will not be ordering from here again. Read more

A great place to grab some chicken (over rice) during your busy days. The chicken is well-seasoned and tender, and they do give... a lot. The rice is not just plain white rice but also has some seasoning - some ginger, garlic, and is probably cooked withchicken broth as well. The sauces are okay, I heard the green one is pretty good. They also give a small bowl of soup, but it iskinda bland. Zaab fries is pretty interesting with a hint of spicy and zesty. This place is mostly for takeout but there are acouple of seats if you decide to dine in. Bring your own box to reduce waste!! And customer service is exceptional! Read more

I have tried this style of cuisine first from an establishment in elmhurt queens. This shop has tasty meals with good portion... sizes. I ordered steamed dark meat chicken and extra on the side spicy fried chicken. Will definitely come back here. Optout of the soup its whack and a waste of more plastic containers. Youre not missing much on the luke warm soup. Read more

Staying in a hotel nearby and picked this place because it\'s close and we wanted a simple meal, hoping it would be some variant... of Chicken and Rice in California with Hainanese Chicken type dish. We were disappointed.\n\nThe coating on the spicy chickenwas not crispy but hard. Looks like it\'s just not fresh and was sitting around for a while. The rice was flavored but verysubtle. The white meat steamed chicken was dry and nothing like a Hainanese Chicken I was hoping for.\n\nOne redeeming featureis the quantity of the chicken - it was a lot, probably twice as much as most other places like this, so a extra star for that, otherwise, this is a two star meal. I\'m biased about my chicken rice, coming from Southeast Asia, but this place is a total gem.\nThe rice dishes are really... satisfying, and if you need the carbs, this place has it! Lightly salted aromatic rice, cooked with a light hint of ginger. Iwould have preferred a little more salt and ginger, but that\'s the biased side of me speaking.\nIf you are not that carbhungry, ask for a substitution, \"light on the rice, more veggies instead!\"\nAnd if you\'re a weenie, and your want to skip therice, there\'s the chicken salad bowl. It comes with corn, so you\'re not entirely carb free.\nSteamed chicken is as classic asit comes. The steamed dark meat chicken it\'s nicely de-boned, which is great. The steamed chicken rice is banking on using thesauce to pack in the flavors. But the flavor is sadly where I\'m docking a star for disappointment. The ginger chili sauceisn\'t actually \"ginger chili\" unfortunately. It\'s sweet, it\'s mildly spicy, but it\'s not ginger-y, if that\'s even a word.It is so heavy on the garlic, not so impressionable on the ginger, and being Thai (or south east Asia in general), whatrespectable sauce made of \"chili\" does not include bird\'s eye chili? Maybe it\'s just that batch of \"ginger chili\"sauce.\nThe roasted chicken was spot on with the Thai flavors, with the sauce hinting the use of fish sauce for the salt andumami. If you\'re doing take out, eat the roast chicken fast, because you don\'t the stream to ruin the crispy skin.\nThetruffle parm fries is... overwhelming. It\'s not the portion size, but the flavor. I can down a large fry from any fast foodplace, hands down, but the truffle flavor gets to me, as much as I love it... I just can\'t bring myself to finish the entirething because that overwhelms me. You just have to share it. Some people might like it, so I suppose it\'s subjective. The friesare oh so crispy, seems like it was double fried, or coated with very light batter. You gotta consume this quickly because whe Read more

First time visiting this place (visited twice this trip). I was very impressed with the set up and how you order and pay via... their computers and when the order is ready they call your name.\n\nThe 1st time I wasn\'t happy with the spicy chicken andfries. Chicken was old and dry. I also ordered the Kimchi fries, which were delicious. I was curious as to the flavor of thechicken, so we went back the next day, EARLY when they chicken was cooked fresh. It was amazing. The food is delicious (thepictures do it no justice). Next rip back, will definitely go again. Another thing I like is that the chicken is free-range,with no hormones or antibiotics. Ordered crispy fried and steam chicken and rice. You order using their pad machine. The place is small doesn\'t have too many... seats. After you ordered, it does take some time to prep. As an Asian dish, this is definitely overpriced. I feel like therice portion is not enough. The spicy fried chicken has lot of flavor and very spicy. The steam chicken, definitely need thesauce. Overall the meal is good but would not make me to come back for this 12 bucks lunch. Malay restaurant serving aHainanese chicken for cheaper price. Read more
