One of my favorite brunch spots in the Upper West Side. They do fantastic breakfast and brunch?with great food, fresh... ingredients, friendly staff and nice specials. I have been here a few times and have never been disappointed. The menu is reallynice with all the traditional brunch items plus some specials. The interior is modern and bright with nice art and ornaments.It?s never too noisy so a great place to catch up with friends and family. Last visit we had the stuffed French toast and thetraditional breakfast which comes with eggs any style, bacon, potato/hash and a biscuit. I highly recommend the shakshuka,salads and juice too. They are great. This is the ideal place for morning food if you want healthy options or traditional carbheavy brunch bites. Plus it?s in a great area with nice stores and the park nearby. Read more
A very good modern diner experience. Some good variations for the classic dishes alongside healthy ones. They also made... adjustments to make sure the dish perfectly fit our dietary restrictions, and service was good in general. All of this for afair price. Recommended Read more
Went to Community on a date with my partner. The cocktails were seasonal and so refreshing after a hot day in NYC! We sat on the... patio which was rather lovely! We ordered the market fish, broccoli Reuben, and beet salad. So impressed! Firstly the space iscozy, romantic and beautifully designed, can?t wait to sit at the bar next time! Secondly the service was attentive andfriendly! Lastly the food was delicious and simply beautiful to look at, I love how the chef plated our dishes; so fresh andcolorful. It?s the perfect place in the neighborhood for a date, for a drink with a friend or coworker, or even a family brunchor dinner! Awesome new restaurant on the UWS, just opened in March 22. One block off Central Park, and tucked right off Columbus which... gives a homie, quieter feel. Food was amazing (brunch), staff was excellent, and restaurant was very aestheticallypleasing. Got the Brioche French Toast with warm maple butter, caramelized bananas & toasted organic Texas pecans, which wasabsolutely delicious. Filling too. Also got one of their specials, Mojo Pork Sweet Potato Hash, with sautéed onions andpoached egg, and greens. One of the best and more unique brunch dishes I?ve had in a long time. This is one of the best new gems on UWS! We went there after a performance I had on Lincoln Center. The ambiance of the place... attracted us there. The restaurant has a very modern european look. We liked it that the ac wasn?t too cold and the music wasn?tloud. The service was excellent! The food was a real treat. I had the branzino and my husband had the ribs. Everything wascooked to such perfection! We loved the combination of the platters. Very fresh and flavorful. The dessert was also prettyamazing! This is my new favorite go to restaurant in the area! A busy and lively restaurant serving up some of the best comfort food I have had in awhile. I was drawn in so many directions... with their amazing selection of menu items. Everything from Pastrami Sandwiches, Chicken & Cheddar Waffles to classic BlueberryPancake stacks. The menu is decently priced and well worth it for the quality of food and service you receive here. Our waitstaff was pleasant and helpful. Even with a line wait, we were seated and served quickly! My choice for today was an order ofChili Quiles and French toast with side orders of bacon & eggs. Portion sizes are enough to fill you up. The food was deliciousand fresh. I especially loved the Chili Quiles. Friedman's is a fantastic Upper West Side area restaurant, it was packed today for lunch! I have eaten here a couple of times at... the old location this was my first experience at the new location, the space is a little tight but overall was great. Lots ofsandwich and salad options which was perfect for a neighbor lunch spot. The food has always been good, highly recommend it here. Read more
