I have never dined there or had to call so I don?t know how the service is but i ?ve ordered 7 times so far and never had an... issue. Delivery time is usually about 30 mins but i leave relatively close to them. And the food has been super delicious everysingle time. And i also love their seamless menu. They give you so many options for substitutes and extras. Read more
We just ordered an hour and 50 min ago. Wait time On seamless was 40 Min. We still don?t have our food and have been hung up on... the guy answering the phones 3 times. We are actually Laughing in disbelief. We told Him that it was rude to hang up and he saidhe wasn?t rude and then hung up! Unbelievable. We order all the time. Its good but It?s overpriced and under portioned. It?s notworth dealing with the wonder if your food will show up!! Especially with the price tag! You have to keep up in NYC!!! I ordered a caesar salad and pasta alfredo from grubhub. I could make better sauce from a supermarket bottle. It was tasteless,... plastic and horrible. When the restaurant was contacted by grubhub, their solution was to remake it, redeliver it, and pick upthe other dish. Why? So I'd get another tasteless, plastic meal?! Run from this place. Some of the best pasta I have eaten. Try the smoked Mozzarella and Italian sausage, you won't regret it. The grilled chicken has... a lot of flavor, and the vegetables are always fresh. Very generous portions too. Read more
The guy over the phone is very rude and seemed annoyed that I was making an order for delivery. I?m not sure if it?s a language... barrier but he was very impatient and it was very impolite of him to hang up after I asked him for the total on my order. 2stars because the pasta is actually good but I will NEVER order from here again! ???? Ordered through Grubhub. Just wanted plain pasta and when there was confusion on it I called to get the order remade. Guy was... such a jerk - escalating quickly and becoming belligerent. Wouldn't process a rebate and he was so nasty I wouldn't want anyfood from them as I'd be concerned about food safety. GrubHub called and they refused a refund as well. Never order from theseguys as their customer service is awful. Read more
Pasta Quatro Formagi is delicious. They are fast, reliable and less expensive than other Italian food restaurants.
