The burgers had potential but were slightly overcooked. The bacon was very much overcooked and therefore crispy but... tasteless. The person taking our orders did not mention that we could have free peanuts while waiting, so unfortunately, asfirst time customers, we could not benefit from this. Read more

I am a big fan of Five Guys! This one is a disappointment. Usually I go to different location: broadway and 110 street or 29... street and 7th avenue. In both locations when I order large fries the cup is always full and they put a loooot in the bag. Inthis location the cup wasn?t full and they put just a little bit in the bag. I asked for more but they refused to give it to me.Not customer-oriented at all!! Read more
Clean location, typically a small wait to order and get your food. Generous helping of fries even when ordering small sizes.... Took off a star because the grilled mushrooms should have been hot. Read more
Just can?t believe they actually opened a Five Guys in FiDi!!! Definitely a great spot for quick burgers! Good thing about... their burgers is that you won?t feel greasy and ?guilty? afterwards. The ingredients are so fresh and it is definitely a comfypleasure every bite. What else besides their small fries that are actually large? Recommended! Read more
