The space is small, but just a stone throw away from one of the busiest places in Manhattan, this is the best place to sit and... relax and watch the world go by its business, especially if you can grab one of the few seats near the big window. There areplenty of small tables too, that would fit groups upto 4, but without any elbow room. Staff is usually/mostly efficient andfriendly. Read more

Used to be very good. The workers are very disorganized. One noticed they were out of (cooked) bacon and overcooked my burger... while making new bacon. It was dry. The napkin dispensary was entirely empty and I had to bring it to the counter. The place isa mess. They have apparently eliminated the peanuts, which was an attraction. I think I'm done with this place. Really more k3astar and a half but I'll be generous with two. Read more

Needs better management. I waited 15 minutes for a milkshake (that was my whole order - 1 milkshake) because the person working... the register is also the milkshake person. She was dealing with a disgruntled customer that had to make corrections to a largeorder. This customer was very needy and her tone was passive aggressive towards her. I applaud the woman working the registerfor her patience, but she should have asked for support from her coworkers. Likewise, three-four of her coworkers stood bychatting (it wasn't busy at all) while she listened to the customer and made corrections to this ladies order instead of mymilkshake. Read more

What you'd expect from a 5 Guy's franchise; clean, quick, and good value. Located in between Penn Station and the Port... Authority Bus Station, and a 10 minute from Time's Square. Bathrooms are available to paying customers. Read more
