Below expectations. Soggy paperthin bun because of the tight packaging in aluminum foil (why??), dry patties but nevertheless... tasteful. Fresh ingredients/toppings. Fries are like cooked potatoes, but edible. Free toppings and free refills. Waited 20minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and 1 fries. Only 2 people where working in the evening. 1 guy joined later on. Most delicious grilled cheese sandwiches in the world. Their strawberry milkshake is the best.
The food was really soggy and mushy in comparison to other places, but the staffing and care for the place is incredibly... professional. I had forgotten my bag there, and they had immediately taken it to the back to return it to me when I went over. Lovely burger, over salted chips/fries but needs a cleaner. The staff were friendly, service was good despite it being busy. The... burger was really nice and no complaints from my party of 4. Chips were slightly over salted, but I wish there were other sauceoptions than just ketchup. I.marked it down for being dirty. Really dirty. They need more staff as thr kitchen staff were busyand working hard,but no one to tidy anywhere else. The toilet (restroom) was covered in water and paper debris. The dining areawas littered with bits of food and packaging that doesn't get a tidy until closing time. But the food was good. Read more
This place is horrible. Service is trash. They took 27 mins just to cook my simple order. And it wasn't even busy.The staff were... just talking all the time and lazy. The place looks like its not Hygienically clean specially during this pandemic time. Tableswere dirty. Very fresh, super friendly service. Eating areas were clean. Bathroom was awful. No toilet paper, footprints on seat, really... dirty. Can't eat bread? They will put your burger on a lettuce "wrap". Free refills on drinks. Free toppings. Good deal. Read more
