The place has a nice atmosphere and I like the music as well as the setup. There should be a restroom though
Food is not bad. But was overcharged for a salad. I told the cashier that it was their specialty salad on the menu. Not the more... expensive custom order. She got loud with me and said no it?s that price. I said no it?s not. She got even louder and stillcharged me the more expensive price. I just paid it because I?m not going to argue and hold up the line during lunch hour for asmall difference. Read more
For the Essen on Madison Ave. I Love the smoothies, but I will no longer go there because of poor costumer service from the... cashier. She always has an attitude. Today I watched her move from the register to the smoothy section without putting gloveson. I asked to please put on glove before preparing my smoothy, her reply to me was "I didn't touch it" referring to an Item shestarted to put in a blender. I was shocked at her reply. I had to insist that she wears gloves and the attitude got worst. Ihonestly do not know what is going on with her, but it is best that I no longer go there for my food. Read more
This place is amazing. Me and my co worker has been searching for a place that makes their customer feels welcomed, reasonable... price, outstanding customer service , and a good , clean atmosphere. When you walk in you smell different foods and spices whichentices you to try new items there. They literally have everything from food bars to deli spot where you can order sandwichesand my favorite place , the smoothie spot. Smoothies are amazing and the staff behind the registers are all really nice,friendly, and listen very well to what you want. I have an excellent experience ordering food , eating the food, and reminiscingabout my experience. Definitely highly recommend !!! Read more
Was one of my go-to places for lunch pre-COVID. Try the udon?really good! The cashiers are extremely fast so you?re in and out... in no time even during lunch hours. A lot more reasonably priced vs. the Blake & Todd across the street. Read more
