I came in for TooGoodToGo early and they let me hang out inside to avoid the cold (the heated seats here are wonderful). Then... they gave me a cupcake on the house, I chose the carrot with cinnamon sugar, it?s not too sweet or rich, melts in your mouthmoist, perfect amount of frosting to cake ratio too! Will definitely be coming back for some tasty treats to get me through thewinter. Read more

I got the cake here for my son?s first birthday and it exceeded all the expectations! The cake was vegan , cane sugar free ,... gluten free. And simply the most delicious cake i have ever tried and trust me , I?ve tried a lot. The design was veryaccurately done based on the pic I showed them . My son enjoyed every bit of it! Read more

Erin McKenna's Bakery is everything you'd want a downtown NYC bakery to be: cute, quirky, and full of tasty treats. The cakes,... donuts, and cupcakes are all visually appealing and wonderfully tasty. If you didn't know that offerings are vegan and glutenfree, you'd never guess based on the yummy taste! Definitely worth a visit when you're down in the Lower East Side! Read more

Love this place! I do agree with some of the other reviews the non chocolate desserts have no taste at all, the frosting you get... MIGHT help. The cookies, brownie bites, cinnamon role cake and they currently have a cookie crunch cupcake has the most flavor?? Will try the tea cake and biscuits next if I can ever make it there early in the AM. They are pretty pricey but for thepiece of mind I'll have because of the clean ingredients I get it! Loved my SpongeBob Birthday cake, it was smaller than Ithought for $72, it was chocolate so tasted great! I wish they had as much stuff as I see at their Florida or other locations.Seems like they don't do as much and they often run out of a lot of customer favs early in the day. Read more

The lemon tea cake was fantastic, and the cookies were good as well. I didn?t even realize it was vegan/gluten-free until... afterwards. I took a half-dozen of the cookies to a dinner party, and they were a hit! All eaten. I?d love to try the othertreats at this bakery Read more

Let me start by saying, the donuts here are incredible. They have a delicious cakey-ness to them, which is different from others... I've had in other areas of the world. These were incredible though. We opted for the day old ones, because they were greatprices for a variety of different kinds. The chocolate one was my fav, but my son loved the cinnamon one. Highly recommend thisplace to all vegans and non-vegans. 5/5. Follow me for more reviews and travel tips. Read more

Top me off With a cupcake top that is, only found at @erinmckennasbakery ! Right across the street from me is this awesome... bakery. They?re gluten free and vegan and use natural sweetness like agave. The cupcake top is a vanilla cupcake with chocolatefrosting sweetened with that agave. And that full cupcake is a chocolate brownie cupcake with mocha frosting. You?d never guessthat they are gluten free or vegan Read more

This place truly makes gluten free and vegan dreams come true. I have been to the location in Orlando, but this one has so much... more variety of goodies. I got one of their day old half off deal (a container of two slices of banana bread and a slice oflemon blueberry bread) and it was just as good as fresh! The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you for makingmy visit to NYC so special! Read more
