If I could inject their coffee in my veins; I WOULD ???? there coffee is so rich in flavor you taste the bean all the way on how... it?s roasted. And their donuts freshly baked are the best ??????? Read more

Employees forgot my order and I was waiting for a while. But they were nice and fixed it.

This is my usual Dunkin Donuts for about e years now as it is the closest to work so I can only review the morning service. Pre... covid, they were like any any dunkin, fast and friendly service with regular employees. My mobile order would be ready when Igot there from the subway. After covid19 hit, there is usually only 1 employee working in the morning (which is understandablenow that a lot of the offices are closed) but there is often a long line outside now. I've waited up to 10mins to get in on somedays. Mobile orders take a lot longer to have ready, and I often feel bad for the 1 employee during the morning rush Read more

Ordered a veggie omlette at this DD location and the cashier proceeds to ask me if I want to make a donation and I notice he had... already charged me for it on the screen before even asking. I say I'm not interested. And he shows me coupons saying "but you'llget a free donut next time" and I still say no thanks. So he says ok and I see another "Charity Donation" charge pop up. Ithought the second entry was to void the first involuntary donation as that's what he said he was going to do. After picking upmy omlette and looking at the receipt, I noticed that the cashier did not void the donation charge and actually charged me forit TWICE. So I went back and he played dumb and acted like he had no clue what I was talking about and even questioned if he wasthe cashier that served me when his name tag and the cashier name on the receipt matched...he looked pretty dumbfounded in thatmoment. Thankfully after a bit of unnecessary conversation, I was able to get the money I was scammed back. I'd rather donate onmy own free will to an organization that won't try to involuntarily charge me for it. On the bright side, the food was alrightand prepared within 15 seconds. The only reason why I'm giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 was because the food was alrightand I got my money back but this shouldn't have ever happened in the first place. In short, PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO WHAT YOUREBEING CHARGED AT THIS DD LOCATION. I'll just go to the Dunkin that's on the next block on 36th street. It seems much morelegitimate and has seating too.
