This is the other Dunkin I visit besides the one on 34th and 8th while I am at work. You get fast, friendly service here and the... place is pretty clean. Prices are also reasonable, especially for NYC. Read more
I love dunkin but not when I'm charged for extras that is not listed on price board. They charge for flavors such as caramel.... Not extra Carmel just Carmel flavored coffee. Smh. Never seen that at any dunkin. T he staff is nice. But don't mix coffee verywell. Maybe I'm just use to other locations and will stick with them. Read more
If I could give them a 0 I would. The service is horrible. The cashiers are like robots and can not answer questions off script.... They try to be as efficient as Starbucks but do not have the quality employee Starbucks has. They do not work together and theydo not apologize for any mishaps. The manager sucks and does not pay attention to what is going on. She also makes the weakestcoffee ever. They often make your selection the way they want and not the way you asked for it. There is not a time I'veentered this store and customers were not upset. Please evaluate who the franchise owner hires and hold them accountable. Read more
