Ordered a chai latte, got a coffee with milk. Can?t drink coffee without getting sick, so that was useless. Luckily the... corporate customer service bot refunded the points used to earn the reward I spent on the drink, so I?ll just remember to stickto my preferred location. Service was also slow. Disappointing?. They had the midnight brew on the top of the brewing machine and just said we aren?t going to make it today.... Clearly just didn?t want to offer it. I get that it is complicated to offer two types of drip coffee but the 3 people in frontof me all asked for the same thing. Read more
