This is my favorite Dunkin location, the only place that I trust to order an oat milk laté without having an allergic reaction,... to milk residue. Guy runs a very good franchise here, keeps all the equipment clean, and keeps the store clean too. Also, aclean bathroom is available. Read more

I went there to get a cup of coffee because it was the only place nearby that was open that I could see. (I should have used... Google maps!!!) There were 4 people ahead of me, which wasn't a big deal. What became a big deal was, they had 4 or 5 guysworking & they were putting up drinks for people that weren't even there. Yet there were 4 of us standing there waiting for ourorders. 25 minutes later I finally got my coffee & was able to leave & luckily I didn't miss my ride back to Staten Island. I went to this location to redeem a free reward. I ordered the Signature Pumpkin Spice Latte. After I used my reward the cashier... expected me to pay .53 cents for the whip cream and syrup. I've never experienced this at any other location. If this was thecase she should have told me before I used the reward! From now on I'll choose another location. Read more
I placed an order on the app for the DD that moved to 1006 1st Ave. and found utter confusion when entering to pick up the... order. There were long lines for pick up and ordering. When I finally got my order, I returned to my desk, I discovered it wasincomplete. It seems the staff that prepare the coffees generate them so quickly and put them out that the food preparers havea difficult time matching them up with the food that was also ordered to accompany the coffees. If you are in the area, this Dunkin is the greatest. Don't got to the one on Lex and 66th! The staff here are extremely helpful,... patient and kind! There is seating as well as ice cream available. The service is always timely and it's always a delight tovisit ! Read more
