Great staff , fast service , i always get my breakfast here
This is probably the worst Dunkin in Manhattan. I have been coming here for 4 years, because there are no other Dunkin's near... by, and they never fail to dissappoint. The employees have no hustle, I would wait 10 mins for a coffee with only 1-2 otherpeople in the store. These employees move at the pace of a heard of turtles, and should not be allowed to work in any sort ofcustomer service role. Read more
Sign says it closes at 8:00PM. Did eveything to get yere on time, eventually got here at 7:50PM and the guy wouldnt let me in
So this use to be a really convenient place to go. I don?t know if they changed the staff or who is managing now but it?s upside... my food was good on different occasions. I went in there this morning to order food and green tea ?so busy . Also I like thedoor bell.. Read more
I like the fact that they would allow me the opportunity to come out the cold but you can't chase after a homeless man for not... paying for donuts never less the overall experience will be good. Read more
If you order a bagel and cream cheese make sure to tell them to put a decent amount or you'll end up with this (see pic) Also I... don't recommend asking them to scoop out and toast the bagel because it will turn the bagel into plastic. Actually you shouldskip ordering bagels from them or any DD and just stick to their mediocre coffee. Read more
I ordered a ice GREEN TEA and received an iced BLACK TEA! I told the employee what it was and she proceeded to tell me I was... wrong and that I didn't know what I was talking about. I Just finished an iced GREEN TEA less than 30 mins prior! The thing thatmakes this so bad is this isn't the first dunkin donuts to do this but usually a manager comes from the back and rectifies this.Please teach ur employees the difference between GREEN and BLACK TEA.
