Terrible drinks. You can tell the staff there is not well trained and if someone is new, leadership is not looking at how the... drink is made to insure quality. No one there is happy. I threw out the drink after one sip and just by looking at it, you couldtell it was done incorrectly. It was so bad, I had to write this review within seconds of leaving the business. Read more
We came here twice for iced coffee and donuts. The first time my girlfriend got a soggy chocolate glazed donut while the second... time they told us they didn't have cream for our iced coffees....and it was 9 in the morning on ICED COFFEE DAY. We ended upgetting milk but the coffee was just absolutely horrendous (very sour and stale). Will not be coming back. Read more
I have visited this Dunkin about a million and one times. The service is never steady but it?s never terrible. I work in the... area so it is convenient. However today the service was absolutely atrocious. Order was taken wrong and given wrong. Bag waspacked wrong. Everyone?s order was wrong and a line was forming. There are many other Dunkins in the area time to walk a fewmore steps and get the better service today was my Wake Up Call. Read more
The donuts are super soft and delicious! Would come again, however, the customer service is quite terrible and they are... difficult to comphrehend. They are quite snappy with their service. They're nice here but the store is poorly managed. They'll have five people waiting for the coffee they've already ordered and... four employees doing anything but making coffee. They need to learn to get the customers served quickly then they can do cleanup and restocking. Very friendly staff though! Read more
They have the Nicest staff and Tasty donuts! 31 flavors is attached so we buy or birthday cakes from them. They always give my... 5 year daughter multiple samples of ice cream when she wants. Coffee is awesome. Location is on a corner that is busy and abut hard to get to u less you are going the right direction. Also, tricky to leave because of the traffic. Overall a goodplace to visit in the north valley. Read more
