This is arguably the worst customer service I?ve ever received at Dunkin? Donuts. I come in at 5:05am to get coffee on my way to... work, on google it says they open at 5am. Fine, I understand everything may not be ready 5 minutes after opening although itshould be. When I ask the woman behind the counter for service she doesn?t even give me time to speak before telling me to getout and that I?ll have to wait until 5:30 for a black coffee. Unsanitary & slow. Gave me the wrong donut and placed it back with the others after I touched it. Took 15 mins to give me a... croissant sandwich & bagel. On top of that my coffee was Luke warm at best. Read more
Worst Dunkin ever! The manager should really pay attention and work on his staff and service! I was ignored so many times before... I finally get to order a coffee or food and it wasn?t only one time! I?m at port authority at least 4 times a week and everytime it?s a nightmare getting something from Dunkin! The staff is super slow ! I mean come on! It?s a bus terminal and everyonerushes, let alone the amount of people who goes through it every day! This place is by far the worst Dunkin I?ve ever been to. I asked the girl (the one on the left) if their bacon was vegan, she... told me yes. It wasn?t. I ask to switch for tomato pesto, the girl (on the right) yells at me and tell me I confused her when Iclearly said I don?t eat meat. So unprofessional and don?t know how to get an order right, and on top of it rude anddisrespectful attitude. She should get fired. Read more
I?ll start with the bad. They don?t accept any QR codes! This means no gift certificates, no coupons nothing. Apparently they... don?t have the technology for this! It?s like they are in a different century although the reality is that they want to scampeople.
