Consistently bad. Nothing gets toasted, just warmed. I order ahead and 10 minutes later my drink still isn't ready. Here and... there my order will be right but for the price of Dunkin these days it's not worth the gamble. Read more
It's OK. I got some really cold egg and cheese 'wake up and wraps' one time. I know it was a honest mistake but it really... turned me off because I was already three blocks away when I noticed and it would have been a hassle to go back. It's still agood spot though. Read more
Worst possible experience with a Dunkin yet. Me and my friends went to grab some Dunkin before heading home from NYC. The guy at... the register single handle messes up all our orders. My order was 2 Carmel ice coffees with EXTRA Cream and EXTRA liquid sugar(one for me, one for my brother) and I said this twice to him just to make sure he got it. I get a coffee with less than thebare minimum of cream or sugar. Bring it up to them and get almost the same exact coffee back. And my friend order a Blackfrench vanilla ice coffee. The simplest thing you can possibly make....they give him a Pumpkin ice coffee with cream and sugar.He brings it to thier attention and he waits 5 mins to finally get his french vanilla ice coffee.... With cream and sugar init. We were so fed up we just left. I'm making it a point to just avoid this Dunkin in the possible future of trips. The coffee use to be fine. It seems like, as of November 1, 2021, it is weak and watery every time. I ask a colleague who goes... there too and he said his coffee has been watery lately. It also isn?t hot. Last time I poured my coffee down the sink and madeinstant coffee. This weekend I got coffee from a different Dunkin and it was fine. Do better please! Read more
Terrible customer service at this Dunkin?. They did not give me the time of day when they got my order incorrect. I?ve come here... multiple times but every time they get my order wrong. Seriously, just spend the little extra to support a local coffee shopinstead for customer service that will make you feel happy when you leave. Read more
Having seen midnight in the garden of good and evil and heard so much about Clary's, we decided to have breakfast there. I had a... Georgian sandwich - eggs, cheese and ham on rye toast. Great!! My husband had corned beef hash, I snuck a bite and it wasdelicious!! Coffee was good. Service was quick and friendly. Definite value! Read more
