I really like this location. Others in the area are awful. I have never had a problem here!
All DD products are the same but service makes a difference. One day I was that customer. I was moving slow and couldn't... remember what drink I liked because let's face it during the quarantine I made tea at home for months. A line formed behind meand another employee popped over to take the next person. Goodness to life I really appreciated being served with patience andunderstanding. Small store front. Front line employee I dealt with didn't understand English very well and had an attitude as if "this job is... beneath me" and "I'm annoyed" Store is very small, but unkempt. Ironically, the creme filled donut I purchased was the bestDunkin product I have ever had. Read more
Nice guy behind the the counter. Came here on Halloween and he gave me two free extra donuts with my half dozen order.
The woman was super nice. I ordered my mocha iced latte and it was perfect. Didn't have to add anything to it. Quick service... too!! Read more
What is the point in wearing food-safety gloves to "prepare food safely", when you pretty much wear the same disposable gloves... to touch everything else in the surrounding area (e.g. pressing the microwave oven buttons, opening/closing its door, scratchingyour nose, pressing the germ infested keys on the register, etc)? Crazy how pretty much anyone is allowed to prepare and sellfood. Something has to be done about this. Until then, I suggest people take a stance and refuse what is offered to them whenthey see something wrong like this. Also file complaints. I hope they have cameras in the prep area and at all the rightangles. Not doing D & D anymore. Read more
