This location only has "grab and go" service. The food is nothing special, but rather typical Dunkin' Donuts. The girl taking... the orders spoke little English. I could not understand a word she said, which is probably why I got my coffee with extrasugar. It was almost undrinkable. Read more
I went this morning 02/19 @ 6:40 am and ordered two egg and cheese wrap. I specifically told the girl that i did not eat bacon... and she added bacon to one of my wrap. To be honest i think she did it on purpose because when i walked it she gave me a badlook like if it bothered her that i was there. I will never go there again. Everyday when I enter this location Salma greets me with the biggest smile. She is truly one of the friendliest and nicest... employees I've encountered in Dunkin Donuts. She remembers all her regulars orders and always remembers to tell me to have awonderful day when I'm walking out the door. Even when there's a line she makes small talk and makes sure all her customers arehappy. I really look forward to seeing her everyday! She never has an off day. Salma really deserves a promotion! this place is no good customer service is terrible, these ppl working are very unprofessional and rude. went to this store... ordered a latte i spoke order very clearly it was printed on the receipt and on the sticker for the cup yet THE MANAGER made mydrink with whatever felt like making it with as i refuse to believe she read the order.. i got my drink and with one big pull iimmediately realized the ingredients was wrong at this point i started throwing up all the MANAGER did was remake the drink andbrought it outside handed it to me and turned away, i tried reaching out to someone else but no one is ever available these pplhave no regards for other health or those allergic. i even reached out to cooperate and nothing was done this whole company is afraud.
