Buyer beware! I bought a dozen donuts at this location yesterday approximately midday and I was so disappointed? ThEY WERE... STALE. They could not have been made fresh that morning. My kids didn?t even get through one, we had to throw them out. I wish Ihad tried them before leaving the store. I would have brought them back if I wasn?t just passing through the area. The staff here never fail to get an order wrong. If you ask for ?hot coffee? they give you ice coffee. If you say ?no sugar,?... they give you two scoops. Communication is in need of improvement. Read more

I asked kindly for brown sugar at this location and with an attitude they refused to redo my order because they had already put... sugar in it. It was my first time here and unaware they didn?t provide that. The barista was so rude and looked down. Also Imight add they had their mask all the way down to their chin the entire they attended customers in line who wore their mask. Read more
The only good thing about this place is that it?s always empty. You?d think once you enter you think it?ll be quick in and out... but there?s always only one person taking orders and making the food and drinks. And 90% of the time there?s only elderly peopleworking at this location. I hate to rush workers so I order online 10 minutes before leaving my house. Once I arrive to thislocation I expected everything to be done but I had to wait another 10 minutes. Also I?m a huge fan of the signature caramelcraze iced latte for the sweetness and strong caramel flavor but every time I order this item at this location I get a cup ofmilk and ice. please make it make sense. Hit or miss at times, and the last time I was here was a straight miss. Still no way to eat inside, they messed up my iced... coffee order (they added cream and sugar without me asking for it,) and the bagel I ordered was so tough to chew that I had tothrow it out after eating less than half of it (I had to get a pastry from a corner store across the street so that I couldactually have breakfast.) Seriously, trying to eat that bagel was like trying to eat rubber. If I have to eat their food atthe bus shelter in front of their establishment or at one of the benches at the median of Broadway because they still won'tallow people to eat in, then it better be good.
