Horrible service. The iced coffee is Terrible! This is one of those items they serve the most, and none of them know how to... prepare it! Is either too dark, too light, too sweet, or sour, with milk instead of cream, But never, ever the way you like it!The only thing that is safe to buy are the maybe the pastries and the sandwiches, because it is easy to assemble. If you gohere, check your order because it is not even safe to order too many items, because they won't forget to charge you for it, butwhen you get home, that donut you ordered and pay for, may be missing. This is what happens when a franchise is too cheap. Theyhire the lowest of the low, the most incompetent, who get pay very little, and probably don't even care! Read more

This is the closest DD near me, and it?s by far the worst. I frequent often because of the convenience, but 9 out 10 times they... will get my order wrong. If I ask for 1 sugar, they will give me 3. If I ask for liquid sugar in my iced coffee , they will giveme regular sugar (which never dissolves in iced coffee). Read more
I frequent DD"s in the city. This particular one located in Hamilton Heights on Broadway and 136 street was decent. I waited... longer than usual for a breakfast sandwich. In that time, I witnessed a drug deal take place as did one of the workers. Sheseemed too scared to alert management. Overall, it's just Dunkin and my beverage and sandwich were satisfying. However, I willwalk to the next DD to avoid unsavory characters. Read more
Store is dirty! The donuts are not covered but the store is crowded with overly loud homeless people whom clearly have on no... mask. Cashier had on 1 glove as he made drinks and food at the same time and cashing out/taking payments with that same ?1glove?. My husband and I walked to Clary's from our hotel while visiting Savannah. The walk down Jones Street was beautiful, the food... once we arrived was excellent and our waitress was very sweet. I would certainly recommend Clary's for a delightful breakfast! Read more
Slow, rude, careless. Denied a beverage because their ?system was down? and they couldn?t scan my coupon. If you?re in a line... with 2-3 people ahead of you, prepare to wait because they seem to push one order out and then take the next order. Needs majorimprovement. Read more
I made a quick stop at this dunkin donuts with my wife and grandson for a quick bite. This a very small business with wheelchair... access,no public restroom service. You may eat in with a counter to place your food but there are no seats and no tables forseating. This is a place for a quick bite and a word of advice, please know what you want before you order because oneparticular employee was impatient because I was undecided for several seconds about what I wanted to order and I felt like hewas rushing me.
