Ordered my son a dinosaur creature creation ice cream. The woman handed him a scoop of ice cream with a broken cookie in it. I... tried to communicate to her that this my not what we ordered. It She just walked over to the cash register and said, ?we don?thave that?. Then why didn?t she say that when we ordered!?! Then she gave me attitude when I told I wish I she would have toldme! We were also picking up an ice cream birthday cake. It looked nothing like the website picture and there was a large pieceof frosting across the picture. When I said something, the women pretended like she didn?t speak English. Since we needed thecake for the party I just took it. Kind of lame for a $70 cake. Not very good service. It's ok but they never get coffee orders right. If you pay for extra stuff in coffee you need to check it. They will charge you,... but then don't add it. Every time. Read more
Just for a change it was nice to be able to have a place to sit down and enjoy a hot coffee. The gentleman on the register was... really nice. Great customer service. Read more
Asked for a bag with a handle to hold my coffee and other items just purchased at this location. Was told that those bags were... "not for you" and "only for certain customers" The gentleman's English wasn't very good so he called for his manager. Themanager offered me a small paper bag that could barely fit a bottle of water. I asked for the bag with the handle again or evensomething a big larger as all my items wouldn't fit in that bag, but he flat out said no as if I was not a payingcustomer. Recently went here and had the worse experience, I believe it?s due to the new employees however I always came here & this had... never happened to me . The man that was serving me & my friend was very rude & didn?t want to at least try to please us . Myfriend asked for the donut you see with the mold & some munchkins . Due to the fact she said it was hard donuts he gave & askednicely if he can warm it up . He refused , gave her a molded donut & burnt my grilled cheese, mind you I said nothing the entiretime . I couldn?t believe that happen , the donut that she got was so bad that the filling was almost like icing . We got thesame donuts mine actually had the Boston creme in the middle .
