I tried to go in and order Ice cream but the employee there refused to serve me too busy repeating how he is out of Halloween... candy. I am a grown woman trying to order, but apparently because I'm in a costume he can't be bothered to even take my order.Just serve your customers when they get on line please. Don't be a rude jerk. This location is terrible. Every time I?ve gone here they mess up my order and have even charged me more money than needed on... one order. I tried to order through the app for pick and that was a bad experience. I walked in waiting at the pickup area. Iwaited for 10 minutes until I realized the order was ready behind the counter out of my reach. They never called out that it wasready. Then when a worker finally came to the pick up window I asked about my order and he rudely told me to wait and ignoredme. At this point I was very upset and told him I have been waiting for a while and he started to argue with me that he wasdoing something else and I had to wait. Today was one of many days I had to wait for service as the servers interacted freely as the customers waited patiently. They... Continues to interact in their language even while taking orders. They didn?t seem to know the names of the donuts, as I had topoint at them, individually. The coffee was filled to the top, so as I appreciate a full cup, opening the cup can be messy as italways spills as a result. Please address these issues. Bad customer service asked for a specific pump and they tried to make a big argument as if there was no possible way I can... customize a drink. I?m pretty sure board room conversation have nothing to do with having specific pumps for specific drinks Ndit will not come out their paycheck.
