an unusual occurrence but one that warrants a remark: went here recently and ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and a... croissant. the cashier told the other employee something that i assumed to be the order. but she never grabbed the croissantfrom the basket near the front behind the cashier where theyre normally placed. so im aware something is going on. maybe theyare really busy or something. i go by the ice creams to wait for my order. and just notice the other lady grabbing a croissantover there and about to do something. it could be my order or someone elses (theres no one there, but maybe like a delivery orpickup)...but just in case i just tell the lady that uh hey its just a regular grilled cheese no worries. the cashier and thelady talk for 10 seconds, and 2 minutes later my order is received. i take it back to work and see there is mold everywhere onmy grilled cheese sandwich. i throw it in the trash. 2 stars because mistakes do happen. but this is a high traffic area forthis kind of thing to happen. if i ate the moldy cheese sandwich, i could have gotten sick and lowered my immunity to a levelwhere i could have contracted covid and infected anyone. think about it that way and it makes more sense. other then that...thedunkin on 10th ave down the block from this broadway dunkin is a little better i think. The workers here are nice but they ALWAYS GET MY ORDER WRONG someway somehow. And I order on the app so everything is in... writing, it's not like there's room for a verbal misunderstanding. My latest order, black coffee, not too much ice, no sugar andfrench vanilla shot (shot is not sweet, SWIRL is sweet). What I got: coffee a color way lighter than caramel, a bunch of ice,sweet as hell. Read more
Splendid! I stopped by this Dunkin' on a cold January afternoon, and left warm and comforted and full of good coffee. The folks... there were friendly, and quick with my espresso. The place was clean and orderly, and though not the biggest DD in the world, itfell short of some of the cramped little storage-locker stores common to NYC. I had no problems there, and might just stop byagain one day. A big thank-you to everyone at this restaurant. Keep up the good work :) Read more
This place has gone completely downhill since the pandemic. All the workers that were there for years are gone. Service is... slower and certain drinks aren?t the same. It seems the owner wants to save money and water some things down. Still no insideseating for whatever reason. No more condiments for you two take like all other Dunkin Donuts.
