Ordered a hot Matcha Latte and got a quarter empty cup of steamed milk. Also, they charge $1.09 for a cup of ice. ????

Dunkin is getting worst by the minute! I am no longer loyal to Dunkin Donuts, the staff are not properly trained I'm making... drinks or customer service! The worst customer service I?ve ever experienced. The Indian lady who is the manager is very rude. They are very... unprofessional I tired to speak to them about my order and they would not listen.
