absolutely terrible. Do not go here. I ordered a mobile order to pick up before I went to work. I ordered it 10 mins in advance,... and when I got there it was gone. I told them I ordered online and they told me that I was at the wrong location. I was at theright one. Once they realized that I was at the right store, (still don't know how they didn't know the location of the storethey work at) They then said I ordered it to long ago and it was gone. Too long ago? It had been ten minutes. I understand ifsomeone else took it and that is not their fault at all. But when I asked if I could have it because I did pay, the man said andI quote; "I would normally give it on the house, but not today". What does that even mean. Why not today? I paid for that, don'tknow what they think their doing but it aint working. DONT GO HERE. theres another dunkin on 89th and third with great service.Go there instead. Read more
