I wonder if all staffs here are the family members of the store owner. They often act like they?d get a share of the profit and... are stingy when making you things. I sometimes asked less ice for my coffee and I still see my order with ice more than half cupfull. I was once asked to pay an extra dollar as I wanted no ice in my drink. I have never been asked to pay for that at otherDunkin?s. He said one of the ingredients was expensive. I know right? As if he purchased that ingredient himself and that onedollar would have ended up going in his pocket lol Are you aware that you?re working FOR SOMEONE? It?s just hilarious. Read more

Bought the snacking bacon to try as I was moving between gigs and had just 20 mins to buy something filling. It was so greasy... and chewy?I could not eat any more than two bites and tossed it out. Just ran in for a caffeine fix. Grabbed some munchkins at the 10 for $2 special also. Easy peasy. Ordered on the app for pick... up. Took longer than necessary and my drink was wrong. Didn't know it was not correct until I was already home. Le sigh!! Read more
I'm extremely upset I ordered my coffee from this place and at first my coffee was made well the past couple of times I've went... I've noticed my orders have been done completely wrong my bagel would be hard and my cross's it wouldn't be toasted. I nevercomplained but today I ordered coffee for pick up and noticed after drinking 95% of the drink that there was dirt and hair onthe bottom of my cup! I'm extremely disgusted and afraid I might get sick since I've been ordering for pick from them for awhile. Please beware this is extremely unsafe and unsanitary. If I could rate 0 stars I would.
