Personally I have been to many Dunkin' donuts and they never burn my food. I did not enjoy my food at all, They were rushing. my... coffee wasn't tasteful the guy refused to lighten my coffee and handed it to me to do it myself. I will never go again here. Read more

I don't usually write reviews but the customer service in this Dunkin' was so bad I just have to. The cashier made me pay much... more than I should've, and had an attitude even after confusing the order numbers and giving mine to the wrong person. He'llcall the wrong number like 5 times and when you try to tell him he acts rude and dismissive. Staff looked hectic but it wasliterally just 5 customers in the shop... wth. Very incompetent !!! Every single time I come to this Dunkin? Donuts they mess up a simple order... A bagel. Every single time, and I?ve been going... pretty often because of the convenience, but they always end up giving me the type of bagels I do not ask for. And what?sfrustrating about it is they give ME attitude and throw my bag on the counter, demonstrate poor customer service and dismiss mewhen I correct them about THEIR mistake. I will say the first time this happened they were very nice about it. But now I guessthey realize it?s a bit foolish to have the same mistake made so often from the same customer. Friendly service. Donuts and Coffee tested good. Pretty easy access when one wants to grab a quick bite before entering Central... Park. There?s a bike rental next door. After a ride, you could stop by for an Iced coffee or other drink of your choice. Read more
