I'll give one star for the rest of the shifts people besides the overnight shift guy. Language barrier, misunderstood orders,... not knowledge of menu and the most unaccepted one, stays out and locks the door, he will misunderstand your order give it to youwrong and give you an attitude and force you alike to take it, wrongly charges you and tells you thats the total and pay it,also no sandwiches are made during overnight shift. Its a NO NO customer service of what is to should be American culture. Toobad that this is the only DD 24H open around and I am around here during the overnight shift... Been a loyal DD customer since Iremember something and this is the worst DD I've ever been. Read more

They have people on shifts that don?t to be their and horrible service , don?t really make orders right and don?t know or recall... what the own products on sale ate. Read more
This location is hit or miss. Either you have the extremely friendly staff who make your order to perfection, or you get the... other members of the staff that are rude, ignore mobile orders + people waiting in the pick up area for them, and those orders(when those staff members are working) are made wrong. The best dunkin donuts ever! we were attended by a super high spirits guy at 4 AM on 12/24/21. there was no clients waiting, it... had just snowed, and we talked for several minutes about games and Resident Evil. if you read this man, i hope to one day workfor you in your own game store. congratulations for the great service Read more
Worst Dunkin donuts every. Horrible service. The old man in the morning smokes ???? outside then he comes and serves you without... washing his hands. Or if he is serving you with gloves he make your food and also take the money with the same gloves on.????????????????????????. The guy in morning not sure if he is the manager or what but he is just as bad. Goes out smoke andcome back serve you without washing his hands. Came in to get some drinks Saturday 1230 am. Seco made them perfect. Customized them and made me feel special. He had a smile... and was extra nice. 10 starts for service if possible. Read more
