This has been the third day in a row that I have visited this location and they have no donuts. The times I have gone are3.30... pm, 4:30 pm and today 5:00 pm. I am wondering how is this donut shop with no donuts? Is itnowa sandwich and coffee. I believebecause the area is predominantly Affican American they are not serving the community. Additionally, the Customer Service hereis terrible they are all confused when making orders and seem disjointed. They need to get it together!!! Read more
So short staffed. The people working here can barely speak English. Usually I?d have no problem but they don?t even know what... they have half the time because of language barriers. The say they don?t have one thing, then you point at it and then they saythey do? Poorly run establishment. They work hard, and they?re trying their best, but when there delivery and people going downtheir throats they?re always more likely to get orders incorrect. The store is short staffed.there were only 2 people working in the morning.front staff have no manners,no hi or hello to... customers.the bagels was not toasted and coffee was not up to my order. This place sucks!!! My last 3 visits, the staff couldn't get simple orders right. A mint chocolate chip shake looked more like a... milk white shake with hint of mint taste. ???? Frozen caramel coffee tasted like bacon.???? Two for $4 dollar bagels are onlywith cream cheese not one cream cheese and one buttered.???? Seriously!!! I wish that I would had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a pumpkin muffin and the lady gave me a chocolate chip... muffin, so they still consistently mess up the orders. Plus there were lots of zombies outside begging for money for coffee orfood. Read more
