Early in the morning, they fast, friendly, and different hours they're fast, but late night they are not as friendly as the... morning and afternoon crew. A friend of mine and I went inside of this store yesterday to see about the Funko Pop promotion and the workers inside of the... store had no idea what we were talking about. They were rude and treated us quite harshly to the point that we were rebuffed. Ido not recommend this particular Dunkin in East Harlem. I would recommend that the franchisee retrain or hire workers who arecompetent in English, understand the neighborhood that they work in, and take a lesson in how business works. Read more
My suggestion is that you do not use a coupon. I had a coupon for a free donut. It required me to make a purchase which I did.... The store gave such a hard time. The donut is less than $2. They did not honor the coupon and scanned it multiple times whichprevented me from using it. I will never go back. If I could I would give zero stars. Read more

it's ok... it's a Dunkin Donuts. What really annoyed me was the red haired woman (possibly the manager?) that does not stop... yelling. Yelled at me to get my drink from the counter when she had it in her hand, yelled at another customer, constantlyyelling the entire time I was there. She's quick and enthusiastic, which is always appreciated, just please stop yelling becauseit makes a very stressful environment. Read more
One person should man the cash register and the other make orders. The person didn?t even greet me or make any attempt to take... my order though I was standing there. Could have been a 30 second interaction as all I wanted was a black coffee. Read more
Had a much better latte than what I had come to expect from Dunkin. I'm typically a Starbucks person since they actually tend to... have half decent baristas, but I would come here again rather the nearby Starbucks. They're good and actually quality, at leastthe guy who made my drink. Thanks for making my morning. Read more
