I stopped by here every once in awhile and I really love the fact that they've expanded the types of drinks that they offer.... Many of them have more of a multicultural flare. This is nice. If I could give them half star I would. The place and the staff are a mess. The manager is always take care the online order and... forget the line of people waiting to place an order. After a long wait I finally placed my order and they mess it up and myorder was a coffee with a donut. I'm not going back to this place. I'll go somewhere else Read more
The store had a few customers and still seem to have taken awhile to leave. I saw two workers that still looked as if they... needed help. I worker was on the Ice cream side but looked like she was helping the one by the donuts. I ordered a drink to besweet and wasn't to my taste but it was alright to drink and not ask to ask again to sweetened. Read more
Every year, the service keeps backsliding. Either there is no training or very little training. Mostly v everyone is very slow... and look at you, as if you got four heads. Not polite ???? either.
