This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. I've stopped here multiple times and they are uniformly 1) slow 2)... unresponsive and 3) bad at making orders. They screw up the simplest things and will basically ignore people who are at thecounter. They are not prepared when opening and you will easily wait ten or minutes for a basic coffee. Truly terrible. Read more

The worst D&D in upper Manhattan!!!! They move slowly when you are in a rush. They move slowly always. The staff constantly... asks you to repeat your order and still gets it wrong. I typically get 2 doughnuts and they get the order wrong! They forgot tomake the coffee my spouse ordered this morning and despite numerous repetitions, they also got my doughnut order wrong and madeus late. Hygiene seems sketchy but that?s normal for DnD. The main thing is slow bad service and the fact that often the staffisn?t even friendly. It?s on my route so I have to go there in a pinch but they are so bad that I had to let it be known. Theone on Broadway & 159th is much better. Read more

Worst Dunkin in the city. I hate, hate, hate leaving bad reviews. They never have my order ready or it?s practically inedible.... Mobile orders? Might as well open the door, throw money into the store, slap yourself in the face and leave. Read more

I get so lucky when they have someone behind the counter that knows what they?re doing. I be on my knees thanking the stars... above when they get my order correct. I haven?t ordered from here since Halloween. I tried to purchase the cool donuts you canmake yourself and the package deal but the woman behind the counter didn?t even know how to ring it up or read what came withthe promotion. Everything was literally in the menu behind her and she was refusing to even look. She also didn?t even know howto ring it up so it was the price it showed on the menu. I went in today and didn?t get any promotions and I stuck to simplestuff so they get it right. Luckily they got it right. I have no idea why I waste time with this franchise. If another companywith similar options would open up with better employees, they would topple Dunkin? Donuts right over. Since they?re like theonly known donut company they still make money. SMH the cup was full of ice, I paid for 3 ounces of beverage. So the price ishorrible, you?re better off getting 8 ounces in the bodega for a dollar. You ask for oat milk you better watch them becausethey?ll use regular milk. ???? the workers are rude. It?s not all that clean. There?s disability access which is why I gave it astar and another star for those employees that?s actually get it correct but it?s a hit or miss. Flavor is not that great forthe 3 ounces. The speed of their service isn?t great either. If you are in a rush, avoid this place. Read more

This location make better iced latte then the location in Broadway avenue between 160th and 159th street. The eating area is... clean I must say. However, the food preparation area isn't. Today, August 1, 2017, I purchased a caramel latte and a eggsausage and cheese on a croissant. When I opened the wrap from the breakfast sandwich, I saw a small mouse poop on top of mybread. To make sure it is what I thought was, I picked it up with a napkin and squeezed it. It was moist and had a very smallfece odor and ammonia smell. I immediately decided not to eat it. I took my receipt because I wanted to call the location andtell them what I found. But, the receipt didnt have the location contact number. I am upset and I want my money back. I amextremely disappointed. Read more

I've been here at least 5 times. Each time something goes wrong with my order. I understand it's "new" and the workers are still... "learning" but Every. Single. Time. Either they mis-ring, make my coffee wrong, sell me a rock hard biscuit. If it wasn't soclose to my apartment I wouldn't bother with it but each time I return I think- maybe they have their stuff together now. Butno. They don't. They won't. And they are overpriced compared to other dunkin donuts. Probably to offset how much they throw awayin mistakes Read more
