This place is really not good with handing out mobile orders. They concentrate more on drive thru orders.

The worst! The workers there are very rude, nasty, and have no respect. They got the orders mixed up several times. Then when we... asked them nicely to fix it, they caught an attitude. I went in for a T-Mobile Tuesday redemption for a free latte. The terms and conditions cleared stated i had until 4/16/19 to... redeem with 5 days left on the offer. The cashier mentioned it to the supervisor several customers were asking for the samepromotion, and they stated it was only on tuesday. After explaining it to them and showing them the app themselves thesupervisor asked another employee who stated they could not fufill my offer because it was only available on Tuesdays. The offerwas only available to get on Tuesdays but it allows you to use once until expiration. They were not trying to understandclaiming an email told them only Tuesdays. I wanted a coffee irregardless however the way they handle that was horrible. Ifmultiple people are asking for the same thing and by promotion it states they can receive it, what is the problem. That is poorcustomer service on there part and they need better communication on their knowledge on current offers. I can only imagine howmany customers they refused this promotion they were entitled too. So after i purchased a coffee when it was supposed to be freei received some glares as if I was a trouble. Certain cashiers are awesome and i blame the leadership of the branch. Read more
