From Chicago and visit every time I'm in Manhattan. This location has gone consistently downhill. Dirty tables, rude employees,... etc but when I order a 13 dollar " smoothie " I at least expect it to have the ingredients listed. They're always out ofbananas, no mention and no discount or offer of substitute. This place wouldn't last a week in Chicago. Read more
