????????It looks ok from the outside, but once I went in I saw one of the pizza cooks clean his runny nose with his hand &... fingers, then he just stayed back there making food, I couldn't dare order. He didn't even step away and wash his hands. Helooked right at me looking at him, but apparently didn't care if I saw him. These kinds of poor hygiene habits at restaurantsis probably a large reason NYC has nonstop Covid-19 spread. In addition to this, they don't have any prices posted, which Inoticed as soon as I walked in. You have to ask the price of every menu item and that just takes too long. As soon as I sawone of the cooks behave gross and stay in food prep, I walked right out. I'm kind of glad they have this long process, becausewe get to see how they really behave, as time passes. I had a pleasant delivery man bring my order. I ordered pizza stuffed cheesy bread and mild wings. I got Jalapeños wings. While... talking to someone who said his name was John he argued with me on the phone and not letting me get a word in edgewise. I askedto speak to a manager and he said the manager was out for the day. I had to raise my voice in order for him to listen to me. Atone point while I was talking to him he hung up on me. Not very professional at all. All my friends and famy will hear aboutthis. They need to hire someone who knows how to interact with customers. Read more
This place is the worst. I actually feel dumb for ordering from them again. I ordered 8 wings and apparently wings means sides... of ranch. Once I called the manager he told me I ordered 6 sides of ranch. Not only is the manager rude but also can?t count.They actually sent me 7 sides of ranch. I recently ordered a dbl cheese, pepperoni, black olive pizza, I saw when it left the store it finally came 1 hour & 20 Mins.... later and it was only 1.6 miles away. All I got after calling the store twice was "He's on his way". The ultimate insult wasopening the box only to find in NO way a dbl toppings pizza but a regular pizza.
